DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to despatch orders within three to five working days of placement

All shipping times are dependant on stocking levels and availability.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All items are sent Registered and are subject to an £8.00 delivery charge. Items over £200 will be sent Free of Charge.

If an item will take more than 7 days to deliver you will be informed by email within 3 days.

RETURNS POLICY

It is our company policy that we do not refund on any goods bought, but will be happy to exchange them.

In certain circumstances if goods are faulty, goods must be returned to the company in a condition which would be acceptable to our supplier for return. The customer may only then receive a refund once the supplier has submitted a report to us on further inspection of the goods and the company is refunded.

We regret that postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
